“Property is run down, just taken over by new group. Pool and hot tub are permanently closed. Rooms clean but run down. Breakfast offering is the most minimal in my experience. Security doors that require key for entry are disabled, anyone can walk in any time they like. No room service during our 3 day stay, had to track down service to get clean towels. Bugs in room, all furniture and carpet shows signs of wear or damage. ”
