“It was next to a Meijer, so we were able to buy breakfast. The “free breakfast” was non existent. You were lucky to get coffee if you arrived at 7:30 a.m. 1. We were there five days with a non working elevator! We never saw anyone working on it. 2. Our door key was continuously resetting so we would have to go up and down 3 fights to have the door key code reset. Two other guests who we happened to see in the hallway complained about the same thing. 4. The free continental breakfast was not available on all five days of our stay. We would arrive at the dining area twenty to thirty minutes after opening and there was nothing. The hotel is independent from Raddison.”
