“Lovely location right on the waterfront of Seneca Lake in Geneva. Awesome view, great access to trails for walking & biking. Very comfortable outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy the view. Property is aging, and requires better maintenance than it is receiving. One of two elevators out of order, bottle filling station in lobby with broken sensor, sink drain was clogged in room upon arrival, no body wash in soap dispenser, only 2 small towels in room for bathing. Front desk was very responsive when we called for a maintenance man to clear the drains, and for extra towels, but housekeeping would have immediately seen the clogged drain if they actually washed the sink and serviced the soap dispenser before we arrived.”
