“Not what I expected. Check in required us drive 15 min to another facility. No one told us this ahead of time. Clerk seemed bothered when we called to see how we could get our key. Room didn't look like listing. Furniture didn't match. Linens were thin. Expected a large "deep soaking tub", we had a shower that had burns or dents in basin. Desperately needs updating. Location was great! Loved the historic nature loop road by hotel. Also a nice park and great pancake house in walking distance. Pool filled in with dirt. Trash all around parking area. Limited lighting. Room wasn't clean. Found someone's clothes still in drawers. Dust and grime on door surfaces, baseboards. Linens were clean. Couldn't use microwave unless you relocated it first because there wasn't an electric outlet within the cords reach. I was not expecting a luxury room, just a clean, functional room with our arrival planned since we had a reservation.”
