“The Pool! Friendly staff Front desk was polite and helpful. Availability AC worked well While our stay had some positive aspects, there were several areas that fell below expectations. The complimentary breakfast offered very limited protein and fresh fruit options, with most items being carbohydrate-based. Our guest room also had a number of maintenance and cleanliness concerns. Upon arrival, we had to request additional towels from the front desk, and the towels provided were small and showed signs of significant wear. We also noticed spiders in the corners of the room, as well as ants and other insects in the bathroom and shower area. The bathroom itself could benefit from improved upkeep. The door was dirty and required considerable force to open and close. Additionally, there was only one towel hook, which was inconveniently located and difficult to access. The room furnishings were also in poor condition. The bed pillows were small, lumpy, and worn out, and the desk chair was broken and noticeably unbalanced. The room had a musty odor upon arrival, and there were not enough conveniently located electrical outlets near the beds for charging phones and other devices. We experienced repeated issues with our room key, which had to be reprogrammed multiple times during our stay. Noise was also a concern, as a dog located across the hall barked continuously for several hours. Finally, the cleanliness of the common areas was disappointing. The dining chairs in the lobby were heavily soiled and stained with food, creating an unfavorable impression of the property's overall maintenance standards. Overall, the hotel would benefit from improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, room amenities, and guest comfort to provide a more satisfactory experience at this price point.”
