“We left everything about the property. We loved the pools, Pickleball courts, the gym. We took advantage of a lot of the amenities there. We loved everything about the property, we really enjoyed ourselves and had an amazing time. The only thing that affected our review is that we weren’t able to check in by 4 PM. We were able to pre-check and use the amenities while 4 PM rolled around, but when we called the front desk, they kept telling us our room was not ready. My husband finally complained, and they told us to come to the lobby, which was packed with people and only had a few employees. If it’s the busiest week of the year, it would probably be wise to have as many people helping with check-in as possible. We were finally able to check in at 6pm.”
