“Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but our stay at the Park James Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. We had a fabulous meal at Oak + Violet — the cocktails were creative, the bourbon and scotch selection was extensive, and the overall dining experience exceeded expectations. What truly stood out was the service. Every interaction felt graceful, attentive, and genuine. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and much larger than expected. Lyle and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly special throughout our stay. If you are looking for a great hotel in the Menlo Park area, this is an absolute must-stay. When our travels bring us back to the area, we already know where we’ll be staying.”
