“The location was easy to get in and out of. The attendant at the front desk was not very attentive and a bit rude. There was an issue with the elevator and she didn’t offer to assist in any way. I had to call back because we forgot our light blue Beats headphones on top of the microwave (charging) and when I called she didn’t check with anyone to see that they had been located. She just said nothing had been found. Nothing was mentioned about breakfast. Lastly, I was double charged for the pet fee. I will be calling tomorrow morning about that issue. Very disappointed with the rest so despite the location we would not use this location again.”
