“I really liked that the staff communicated with me via text messages. They checked in with me daily and I was able to request a rollaway bed need for my grandson who decided to stay with us. Very helpful. The only thing I didn't like about the building was the damp smell. The hotel is old and very dated; however, this doesn't bother me. It was the "fish tank" smell that was unpleasant, but it was only in the hallways specifically by the elevator mainly. Since I only had to encounter this for such a brief period of time, it didn't affect my overall view or rating.”
