“Nothing Room smelled. The thermostat didn't work properly, the heat/air ran either full blast or not at all. The heat and air conditioner made a huge rattling noise when on. People were having a party and talking and laughing in the parking lot ( just one room down), kept calling the front desk....they would go out and tell them to be quiet, and in 30 minutes they would start up all over again.....this was happening from 11:00PM thru 3:00ish AM. (When we first checked in we were given a room, we went to the room, it had never been cleaned that day. Front desk gave us a new room.) The whole hotel was so dirty and worn out. I don't think the stairs and hall had been cleaned in a week, huge clumps of mud and dirt everywhere. You could not pay me enought to stay in this hotel again. Note we paid over $200 for this hotel room. (There was some sports thing going on in town and no rooms available anywhere else).”
