“Location: Not bad in terms of proximity to Dallas Love. Atmosphere: People were kind but the atmosphere in the lobby was literally hot. The a/c was NOT working. Rooms: There was an issue with the first room I was assigned.. the drains inside the bath tub were not draining. The second room I was given to replace my previous room, had the same problem. There was no hand soap either. Value: Not worth over $100+. The place also had an early end (9am) for breakfast. Cleanliness: The place appeared nice, but given the maintenance issues (the elevator was broken and the drainage issues) I do not trust that they may clean the place thoroughly asthey don’t maintain the necessary things well. Noise level: You could hear through the walls. Service: The phone line did not work in my first room. However, when I spoke with staff, they were friendly. Amenities: I wasn’t able to use any in my time there.”
