“Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown was the perfect spot for a quick trip to Dallas! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The lobby was in the process of being painted, but even with the work going on, you could appreciate how beautiful and historic it was. The room was nice, bed was comfy, and the bathroom, though small, was efficient. The best part of the stay was the great staff. Torian, at the front desk, was friendly, helpful, offered suggestions, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Shout out to Dora, as well, for also making us feel valued. Housekeeping staff were friendly and kept our room in top shape. The only negative - the valet parking was very expensive and the valet was not always available. However, when we were stuck waiting, Torian stepped in to ensure our vehicle was taken care of.”
