“Shampoo and body wash carpet in hallway smelled bad, sheets and towels were ripped and stained. chairs and couch did not look clean. lamps did not work. a/c unit blew air that smelled bad. carpet in room smelled of mildew. i had to spay the a/c unit, bed, and pillows with lysol daily. i did not want to touch the frame of the doors because they were dirty. room door had a broken lock and gaps bottom of the door. Microwave inside was yellow and orange. the fridge did work. i stayed there from monday through friday because Bookings refund policy would have cost me double my expense. the room booked for $220 for the week and the refund policy cost $197. because of my budget i could not afford to go elsewhere and pay another $200 plus.”
