“The location and continental breakfast. We had to change rooms 3 times in 2 days because of air conditioning issues. The rooms are worn and shabby. The chairs in the bedrooms were filthy. The room that I thought I was getting with a master bedroom with a door actually cost me an additional $60.00. The sleeper sofa had a 2 1/2 inch pad on it, not suitable for anything other than a small child. When we had to pack up and change rooms for the third time in two days, my friend asked if we could get 2 smaller rooms as compensation and was denied. They didn't do anything to make up for the several problems we had during our short stay. They advertised a pool, which it has but is covered over.”
