“I appreciated the hot water, the roof, the food, the air conditioner, and for being able to work on my computer. They say no smoking yet some how someone mangaged to smoke inside of the bathroom and hot box the unit prior to our check in. The bathroom's hot weed smell was tooooo fresh and the staff told me they could spray an airfreshner to get rid of the smell as a solution. I was also told that there was not a unit like the one I paid for available, and that is okay. I said "no problem. I am no smoker and I can tell that the airfreshner will not help. If I were by myself, i would stay and deal with it. Because I have an infant, these conditions are not conducive for her. I do not mind staying in a smaller unit yet may I please have a lower rate for the smaller unit? I saw what that smaller room was priced for before booking my room and it is no where's near what I am paying for now. " They asked to speak to the management and thankfully we were provided with" an upgraded room" yet the only upgrade was an extra bed, the maintenance issues, and the filth in the unit. I felt sorry for the 1 maintenance gentlemen doing all of the property work because there were a lot of repairs needed within the establishment. He was doing an amazing job with the time he had. He was able to help us with 3 urgent repairs that had been pending. There was no soap in the public restroom on the first floor, so they left a used bar of soap with specs on it. The pillows were yellow. There was filth behind the pull out couch in our upgraded unit. One of the front desk workers were under the influence cursing at themselves, due to having a rough day, and coughing all over the front desk appliances. I pray that this place seeks restoration.”
