“Location was right off of interstate, hotel one of top rated in the area, first night cost was reasonable. Breakfast was really good w/ lots of options. Room and dining area very clean. Comfy bed and pillows. I was charged $5 higher than Booking.com’s rate due to “card fee.” How else are you supposed to book a room online?? I feel that’s a ridiculous charge. Manager agreed to drop. I haven’t verified bank account. Staff took 5-10 mins to come to the desk at peak check out time. They were in the back office and ignored or didn’t hear my repeated calls to them. I also called on the telecom outside the door. No response. A little pricey on the weekend! ($170/king)”
