“Front desk staff was often busy and away from the desk. The bed in the larger room was not made, with pillows and duvet on the floor of the dressing area. After the issue was corrected, we still had to request a vacuum cleaner to complete the job. The mattress on the pullout sofa was somewhat dirty as well, but the linens were clean and easy to put on the mattress. That said, it was a Nascar weekend, and the hotel was very busy. The indoor pool was very cold and not enjoyable to swim in, however the gym was well maintained and all the equipment was in proper order. The laundry facilities were easy to use with an app, and the property was overall clean and easy to get in and out of. ”
