“I gave 2 stars because I was told they’re harder to get rid of but in reality I would give zero, if I could. Since the moment we stepped in the door, we did not have a professional or pleasant experience. The lady at the front is rude and absurd. She helped us multiple times and never once greeted us or even looked us in the eyes. Anytime we asked her to do something it never got done which lead up to us getting into an heated argument with her which she then proceeded to argue back. She couldn’t own up to ANY of the mistakes she made. Rooms are outdated, breakfast is not complimentary and as a gold member you are suppose to receive a $15 credit PER DAY for yourself and a guest and that was not accommodated. Just overall the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel. We will NOT be back.”
