“The hotel was amazing the breakfast choice daily was top tier. Love every moment of my stay there was much to do in the area from shopping to dining. There was nothing I did not like, however the person who checked me in forgot to give me a courtesy bag. And when i returned back from my outing that evening I asked the front desk clerk for a bag. Before I could explain she assumed I had already had one and was asking for another. After letting her speak I attempted to explain and she brushed me off saying I'm just sharing the policy. This was my only hiccup and I do not hold the hotel at fault for her ignorance. It was just a bag with a water bottle and cookie that I did not eat. Lol but I did drink the water cause it was hotter than hot.”
