“The staff at the quick service cafe were wonderful. I chatted with them for several minutes while waiting for my food. Very friendly and helpful since I was traveling with a child, and the main restaurants were too formal for her. The staff prepared a kid's meal for her and ordered one for me from the restaurant as takeout. It was the perfect solution, and the fact that there was a kids' menu at all was not clearly indicated on their website. I had two ice packs that needed to be frozen so I could carry them through security and keep some important items cold during my travels. I turned them in to the front desk around 6 pm to be placed in a freezer because the room did not have a freezer. When I picked them up at the front desk at 4am, they were barely slushy and not really even cold to the touch. When I told the people working the front desk that they were NOWHERE near frozen, the answer I got was a shrug and "They were in our coldest freezer." I had to throw them away, go through security, and beg a restaurant inside the airport to fill a ziplock bag I happened to have with ice. And now I will have to buy new ice packs since they were designed specifically for my cooler backpack. Wildly disappointed in this service.”
