“Extremely disappointing stay. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there was no housekeeping service at all during my visit. I had to go down to the front desk just to get clean towels, since no one ever came to the room. At check-in, I was hit with a surprise $99 per night “fee” that was never mentioned during booking—completely misleading. To make matters worse, there were bogus dinner and drink charges added to my final bill for items I never ordered, and the front desk staff was unhelpful when I tried to get it resolved. For the price, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. Poor cleanliness, hidden fees, and terrible customer service — I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.”
