“The morning staff gentleman was extremely pleasant and friendly as well as the woman in the breakfast area.. There was nothing I liked about this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The night staff and shuttle driver had very nasty attitudes and insulted my sister and I about our ages and basically called us liars about calling for the shuttle so we had to pay for two taxicabs from the airport to the Inn.We did call the numbers listed and no one never answered. This incurred another cost which was $21.00 each cab because they only fit 3 passengers per cab and it was 6 of us traveling. The rooms were very smoky and when I asked to change the room the gentleman (driver)was going to show me a different room to see if it was ok but he ran off and left me. So I never received a room change and had to sleep in that smoky room. If I or family member get sick later I will be contacting this Quality Inn. This was a terrible place to stay. I wish we could get a refund for the 2 rooms and cab cost. No I would not recommend this place to anyone. They also had cats roaming around the place.”
