“Renovations occurring on the lobby and all first floor areas. I didn’t know this when I booked. Saw it when I looked on my app to check in. Was told elevators were also broken when I arrived and that I could cancel but was 9:00pm and I didn’t have time to find something else. Had to ask for coffee for my room and front desk said they didn’t know where it was and that was a housekeeping issue and they were gone. After a minute she called her manager and brought 1 pod of coffee. Breakfast was sad. Had to hunt down housekeeping to get toilet paper and towels. The halls stunk like mildew or were musty. The room was clean at least. Worst hotel stay ever. Was told I’d get 5000 points for the inconveniences. Still haven’t seen the points. Would not recommend, maybe better once the renovations complete.”
