“The location. The whole stay was a complete mess. The elevator was out of service, my room was in 4th level so the front desk told me that i need to use other elevator at door no.4 but i need to go by my car since it’s a bit far (imagine if i didn’t have a transportation!!). The AC at that room had a problem and the carpet was soaked in water close to it. I called front desk and they told me we’ll call you back. Later on they offered me another room close to it but they refused to deliver the door access card and i need to go get by myself since she can’t leave her spot the whole night even after telling her that i drove 4 hours to reach there and i’m running late to an appointment. After 45 mins i left the room and the same front desk lady was out checking the previous room.”
