“The breakfast was decent on the weekend but weekdays were rather lacking. Staff was nice at the beginning. The door leading outside was broken so anyone could enter without a key card. Our room door was hard to shut so you had to make sure you pushed it hard to shut it when you left. I paid a pet fee of $105 for my caged turtle, caged veiled chameleon and caged bearded dragon. The last day we were there they approached me during breakfast and said i owed an additional $210 because i have 3 pets. I told the lady she was being ridiculous that they were caged and weren’t allowed to roam around. She said pay or don’t ever come back. I told her I’d take the latter. So as were leaving we left the key cards in the room (since the door didn’t shut all the way we figured no problem) my wife thinks she left something in the room and goes back to check, well this time the door was closed. She tells the woman that asked for money to let her in, she said pay $210 and I’ll let you in. My wife had to threaten to call the police before she would let her in. Very rude and no mention of the $105 per pet fee when booked or after arrival. For that price I could’ve got a nice hotel”
