“My stay at The Delavan was phenomenal. Right off the back, my girlfriend and I were lost because they were setting up for an event. The amount of patience Sonny showed was complemented by the positive energy he radiated. Made the hotel feel so welcoming. He waited outside for us and brought us to where we needed to be. It didn't stop there. Every time I saw him, he was just infectious positive energy. He was attentive to all guests, even if he had to walk towels or ice the rooms himself. Sonny recommended the Italian Prime restaurant located in the whole, and I must say that the food was just amazing. The rooms were cleaned, and the bed was comfy. Sonny informed us that there was a silent auction on Saturday and that Fabulous was performing. Honestly, it was nice to see a hotel with an event like that. It didn't take away from the trip at all. The highlight of the Delavan is Sonny. It felt like I was family. I will book again as long as Sonny is working. Well worth the price.”
