“We traveled 6+ hours by car and train and 8 blocks with heavy bags. When we walked in, no one said hello or asked how we are doing. Right before we walked in we checked the reservation on the phone and everything was there. The lady told us that they canceled our stay because it was a "no show" even though we got there the day we said we would, then continues to blame it on us. They had no idea what they were doing and seemed like they had no clue about what they were doing. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting and trying to figure out what happened they fixed their system and gave us room keys. No explanation on what happened and not even an apology. Would've gave only 1 star but the bed was comfortable.”
