“Comfortable midlevel hotel with excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The showers are excellent. But most important is the quality of the staff. They are friendly and extremely helpful. Had a major hassle with a booking through Expedia (who I will never use again!) where I ended up not only being billed twice but my reservation was never communicated to the hotel. However the front desk staff were both very patient and very competent in dealing with the situation. And the assistant manager was also very helpful in clearing things up with Expedia and the billing problems their incompetence created. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying there in the future.”
