“XV Beacon feels like slipping into a luxury Beacon Hill manor: cozy, historic, and ultra-elevated. Every detail is intentional. The oversized towels, cashmere throws, furniture, and in-room fireplace created a level of comfort that felt residential. The bathroom had a Toto washlet which was so great, and a bath salt menu that made a great relaxing evening. I had to work for a full day in the room during my stay, and for the first time ever, I was excited to work from a hotel room. Between the fireplace and the plush seating, it felt like working from a sophisticated living room rather than a guest room. Dinner at Mooo… was another highlight, friendly bar service, good group sitting at the bar, the best lobster bisque in the city, and, to my delight, a delicious non-alcoholic sparkling Riesling! Very few places offer NA wine by the glass, and it was so good, I was so grateful! My favorite detail was “Beacon the Burner,” the stuffed dog that came with the room! It was whimsical, comforting, and perfectly on brand for a hotel that leans into its residential charm. It’s those small touches that make XV Beacon feel special. It was a truly stunning stay.
