“Very nice and clean. Rooms felt luxurious and the view was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was the pool. Felt a bit unkept and there kept being issues with getting into the door. Water could use better upkeep with chemicals. We also checked in on a Wednesday and discussed how we would be using the pool. They did not mention that the pool was rented out on Wednesdays and saturdays for swim classes for 3 hours. We had to get out of the pool after less than an hour due to this and our daughter was very upset as it was her birthday. Definitely should let people know this upon arrival.”
