“My experience at Delray Sands was exceptional. From check in to check out, we received warm, genuine and professional service. Dwight and Ricardo in Valet were so welcoming and friendly. Ana at Guest Services greeted us with the warmest welcome and made it known she was there to assist with whatever we needed. The room was spacious and immaculate and our view of the pool and the beach was probably my highlight of the trip. The staff at the Pool Bar were so awesome. Hadassa was our server and she did the entire transaction with a smile. She even had time to interact with my toddler which was so cute. The food was incredible and the drinks were super refreshing. The beach glistened with crystal water and powdery sand. My son had a blast playing in the sand and with the connect four on the beach. Our last day we ordered in room service and I was in heaven. Frantz brought our order and he was so warm and courteous. The breakfast was world class. Not only was the staff friendly, but also the guests! We had so many pleasant conversations with fellow guests and I think that is a testament to the wonderful service they were also receiving. I will definitely be back to Delray Sands and recommending it to everyone I know !”
