“The hotel is definitely not new and it shows in the little things. The service and quality of the facility is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only detractions are that it is an older facility. The carpet in the hallways is dated and bears the stains of many high strength cleanings, with bleached out spots. The elevator floors have had the tiles patched with non-matching sealer that makes the floor look worse than a broken tile would look. The wall covering around the elevator controls are in need of replacement, showing many years of guests' dirty hands and attempts to clean the stains left on the walls. Overall, for the rates, I would say it is a good value. Obviously, it's not a luxury hotel, but with a few touches, it could regain the elegance it appears it once had.”
