“We checked in after driving 14 hrs and arrived into the room, which was completely disgusting. There were cobwebs on the walls above the curtains. There were stains on the sofa and the pullout mattress covers. The King bed also had multiple stains. The wood was falling apart by the fridge. The carpet was filthy and coming up off the walls. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room due to the conditions. She told me that there were no other rooms available. I decided that I wasnt going to be able to stay in the room for even a night even though my reservation was for a week. I booked a different hotel and told I would receive my full refund due to the conditions. They ended up charging me a night stay. I tried to contact the manager multiple times by email and phone and no response. She ultimately declined my request for a refund. This place is a joke and the customer service of the manager was disgraceful.”
