“Ms. Helen, she was fantastic and beyond friendly. She provides great customer service, she knows all her regulars by name!!! 10 stars for Ms.Helen. It was filthy! Our room had toenail clippings on the floor, the bathroom look like it might have been wiped down not cleaned. There was hair in the shower.. The carpet was so old and dirty I did not want my 18 month old grandson on the floor. There were no plug protectors in the plugs that were out in the open in the room. Our curtains were filthy and had burn holes in them. The hallways had no air conditioning and were ridiculously hot and humid. The elevator was old and scary. Ms. Helen told us she would have to send the elevator up to our floor if we were in the second floor. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana.”
