“This was the worst experience of a hotel we have ever had. The pictures online absolutely don’t match the hotel. We did not feel safe at this property and were traveling with a special needs child and an infant. We had to leave in the middle of our stay. The room was absolutely disgusting, stains on everything, the floor was sticky and left our bare feet black with dirt, window was cracked glass and broken from the outside, and there were homeless people all around the property. When we asked for more bath towels we were given cleaning towels to use. Your pricing does not match the experience you are charging your guests way too much. Worst hotel experience of my life.”
