“Stayed at this property for 2 nights. Have 2 handicapped people in the room. Arrived at 1am. This room was gross. Got up in the morning and noticed DIRTY SHEETS. Called front desk and Guest services for Red Roof Inn. They offered to switch rooms and I cannot because we are severely handicapped and my son is not here to help. Having allergic reactions to all the pet hair ( asked for a room without pet dander) . They replaced the chair. Asked for a refund for 1 night. They said if I EXTEND MY STAY they would give me a $45.00 rate??????? WHY WOULD I DO THAT???? NO one should have to stay in a room like this. Should not be an issue because this room should have been CLEAN when arriving and we checked in at 1AM. HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. RED ROOF PLUS you should be embarrassed.”
