“The location is very convenient - being in midtown. Its surrounded by several food options and in a centralized part of town. Transitioning from the lower 48, we stayed here for a few months and its the longest I've ever had to stay at a hilton property in general. The experience left me beyond pleased from the hotel management to the front desk experience and customer service experience that Aliyah and Kylie so excellently gave, to the buffet staff and especially housekeeping and the manager who oversees it. They were consistent, kind, personable, and very considerate in how accomedating and easily communicable they all were. The rooms were clean, the requested turn over service was always top notch and quick, the stock of needed material such as dishwasher pods or more soap was always met swiftly. It was a pleasure to stay here and it made me happy to have had the opportunity. Im glad to be a hilton diamond member and to have transitioned to the state with their hospitality and support”
