“Had to repeatedly ask to refresh our room. 3 times. Finally on day 3 of 4 it happened. One of the primary reasons we stayed was for the hot tub which was broken the entire time and then on day 2 the pool was broken. I asked for a discount at check out and she said since I used a 3rd party I would have to ask them. Then she said the manager would call, which never happened. I am a IHG member but received a better price using Booking.com. Regardless of who we booked through, you all got our business and we are still important. The stay was not worth the $1800 we paid. I believe you use that as an excuse to not be responsible for your property. It's not any other person's fault for the lack of service we received. Only yours. We had a single night stay booked directly with your hotel at the end of our trip, which I cancelled. Going to give someone else our money. Very frustrating and disappointing stay. I would advise not to stay here. Staff were apologetic but no results or a call.”
