“Excellent customer service-- 10/10!! The staff that greets you to check in to your hotel room was phenomenal-- kind, caring, patient and smiling!! The hotel itself was so beautiful. There's a store to shop in for Disney merch. A game area, outdoor pool, indoor starbucks. The valet staff were very kind and welcoming. Answered any questions that we had. The ladies who cleaned my room were so kind! I liked that fact that they left the name of whoever cleaned your room in case there were any questions you might have. The catering service at our breakfast and lunch were so welcoming, hard working, kind, and paid attention to detail. Our plates never sat long on the table after we were finished. They had positive and welcoming demeanors. Shout out to the starbucks located inside the Hyatt--- they were slammed with our huge convention and they kept smiles on their faces-- welcomed the challenge and just did a great job of getting our drinks out in a timely manner. Loved that there was a cocktail and lounge area to be able to have conversations in the middle of the hotel. All the locations of the rooms for our conference were well labeled. Even the day that we had to check out of our room and place our bags with the hotel-- it was a very trustworthy service-- thorough and safe!! Thank you for the excellent stay.”
