“The owners do not communicate with the front desk. We informed them through booking.com chat that we will reach around 1AM in the morning. The reply was that there will be someone 24 hours implying that we will not have a problem. So on the day of arrival when we got delayed further and reached around 5.30 we did not bother to call them and notify them. But when we reached the front desk says they have no notification of our late arrival and he has closed the records for the day. We were four families with kids coming after a long tough day looking for a room to relax but denied a room because they do not communicate the booking.com chats. It was a painful day for us. Pathetic process they have here”
