“The location is central to everywhere I had to go while I was in town. I've been staying here at least annually for several years; however, after this visit, I'll be exploring other hotel options. Although check-in time is 3:00pm, they still hadn't assigned me a room when I checked in around 5:30pm. Upon entering my newly assigned room, I checked everything & was disgusted to see several strange pubic hairs still in the shower stall. After a long travel day, I decided against switching rooms, so took photos, then rinsed the stall of the hairs. When I showered, both the "complimentary" shampoo & conditioner bottles were empty! Also noticed fruit flies throughout my stay, even after plugging the sink drain & the overflow in the sink; Within an hour of filling the sink halfway with water, there were 5-10 flies dead in the water! AND as a female traveling alone, it was very disconcerting to notice that NONE of the exterior doors were secured, no room card necessary to enter the hotel!!”
