“The main reason I booked this hotel was the advertised swimming pool, as we were visiting during very hot weather and planned to spend time by the pool. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were told that the pool was closed. This information was not disclosed when booking, and had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel. The room also had significant noise from air-conditioning equipment located behind a thin wall, which made it difficult to sleep. In addition, a bright flashing light from a smoke detector/fire alarm was positioned directly above the bed and was distracting throughout the night. I was also surprised that the hotel charged $6 per night for parking. Given that there was plenty of available space and a large shopping mall parking lot directly across the street, this fee felt unnecessary. These issues significantly affected our stay and led us to leave after the first night.”
