“Facility was relatively new. When we pulled up the outdoor lounge was full of individuals smoking weed. Not a good start. We were shown to our room but were never given a key - we had to go back to front desk and hour later to pick up our key - very strange. Room was not clean - shower had a line of mold all the way around it where the wall met the floor. Unruly and unsupervised kids had overrun the swimming pool making it a very unpleasant place to be - unusable. No hot food at breakfast. We asked staff but they only responded that they were worried that they did not have any food to serve tomorrow. When we left the outdoor lounge was full of folks smoking weed. This facility is relatively new but will not look that way for long unless staff begins maintaining it. This not what we expect from a Marriott. I paid up for this room - extremely upset about my experience.”
