“My husband and I visited Old Town, Alexandria, for the first time in four years. Before our courtship and marriage, I had lived in Old Town from 2012 to 2014. This year, our goal was to connect with friends and hit up some of the new galleries and museums. The Archer Hotel was the perfect home base, steps away from the King St Metro. The Archer was ideal because of its convenient location and amenities. We enjoyed the walkability, the restaurant and bar, and the outdoor firepit. Sophia at the front desk made our time a pleasure, filling us with treats and taking cheerful action whenever we made a request. The Archer was a peaceful, clean haven to recharge after busy days in DC. Each morning, we were ready to strike out again with alacrity to see our friends and experience DC. The Archer Hotel helped step into America's Semiquincentennial Celebrations and the wonders of DC.”
