“I liked the special offer I got for my son s holiday in Zanzibar. However, I did not know that the price indeed was the right amount of the facility situation. I also had the second challenge with Booking.com on the same facility s bookings from 12- 19 April that was cancelled by you without proper communication. I needed you to assist me oh how to reach you as I have sent so many emails until I learned that it is noreply emails.I was so disappointed when I realised that my son s bookings from 12- 19 April 2026 is canceled.I was already debited the amount of US$ 97.79 on the 5th and the final amount of 84.53 supposed to be debited on the 10th from my account, however I had challenge with the account, I wrote some emails to Booking.com to update them with the account crisis and to debit on the 11th not the 10th as arranged.My son is in the facility now frustrated, without clear understanding of wayforward due to language barrier, please update me quickly on how best you can debit the balance for my son s stay be accordingly and to settle the bill. The facility was not reachable, and there was no electricity on my son s arrival.”
