“We are currently staying at the Kimpton Da’an. It has been less than 24 hours since our arrival, and I normally would wait until check out to write a revived. However the service is so exceptional, I just had to make the post. We received a warm welcome from Leo last night and his colleague later helped us book a set of massages for my family at our favorite location. Last night it rained very hard and the plastic poncho my 84 year old mother was wearing got stuck to the wheel of her walker. This morning, I could not get the plastic off with a scissor while sitting in the lobby. Hunter proactively came to help. Hunter was patient and kind and brought the right tools to help us take the wheel off. Without the help, my mother would not be able to walk very far without the walker. We are so grateful for Hunter’s thoughtfulness. The room itself is spacious. Very modern. Breakfast was delicious and the service at the Tavernist was fabulous. Overall, we would stay at the hotel again!”
