“We loved how close we were to the animals and the many optional animal experiences that were available. The children's activity room (essentially an indoor playground) was wonderful - the facilities and toys were in good condition. The buffet dinner and breakfast had a pretty good spread for the price. There was no lift leading up to the rooms located on the second floor, so we had to get our sleeping child out of the stroller to climb the stairs up to our room. Thankfully, the staff were able to help bring our luggage to our room. Within the family room itself, the cot could only fit on the first floor as the stairs were too narrow to bring it up - bear this in mind when planning the logistics of who would take each bed.”
