“The staff were so kind. They immediately offered tea while we were in the lobby. They offered help and assistance with everything. Checkin was fast. They upgraded our room. Breakfast on the top floor was great. Air conditioner worked well. Only downside was it was buried deep in the shopping district so it was inconvenient driving to and from the hotel in the congested streets. Big bonus: They had a private parking lot right in front of the hotel. ”
