“This was our second enjoyable visit to Barut Andız. It has everything that we need and for those with restricted mobility the hotel is very suitable as it isn’t large and looks after its less able guests. Our various requests were all carried out and we thank the reception team for these. The customer care in this hotel is outstanding, from the manager through to the frontline and backroom staff. This is what makes this hotel different to most others. We were happy to see that since our last visit the hotel has designated more areas as non-smoking (thank you). Nothing.”
