“Disappointing stay The hotel has potential to be a little paradise, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations. Rooms were not cleaned during the entire week, and upon arrival the floor was already sandy. Towels were never changed – not necessarily every day, but every 2–3 days would have been appreciated. Food is acceptable if you’re not too picky. Omelets at breakfast are definitely a highlight. However, the choice of fruit was very limited – mainly grapes and very sour green oranges or limes. The advertised “all inclusive” was quite disappointing: no cocktails, only vodka with juice available until 10 PM. Wi-Fi only works on the balcony or outside, not inside the rooms. In the evenings, it was difficult to relax or have fun at the hotel due to the extremely loud and annoying music. To enjoy ourselves, we had to go to nearby bars offering entertainment and pay extra for it – something that should have been included in the all inclusive package. The only real positive was the beautiful room view, but overall the experience fell short of expectations.”
